Auto-Chlor is looking for an Electrical Engineer to lead engineering development initiatives in equipment design. This full-time, onsite role focuses on innovation projects for commercial dishwashers and dispensing equipment, regulatory compliance, and providing essential technical support.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement solutions for dishwasher and dispensing innovation projects, including new equipment development and existing equipment innovation.
- Administer regulatory compliance with agencies such as NSF, CSA, UL, BOCA, ASSE, UPC, and Federal, State, and Local authorities.
- Provide technical support to field sales team, contractors, consultants, engineers, and architects.
- Develop and manage technical documentation for design control and field use.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree or comparable years of work experience.
- 5-10 years of electrical and electronic design experience.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies.
- Embedded Software/hardware design experience.
- Knowledge of codes and standards for plumbing, sanitation, electrical, and building (NSF, CSA, UL, BOCA, ASSE, UPC, FDA).
- Electrical/electronic circuit design expertise.
- CAD Modeling experience – Autodesk Inventor preferred.

- Experience in the commercial appliance industry.
