Blue Projects is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical systems that align with client requirements and performance goals, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency
• Analyze project specifications to establish technical and functional requirements
• Engage with clients and consultants to clarify design objectives and project scope
• Establish foundational electrical designs using CAD tools such as Revit for 3D modeling or AutoCAD for 2D drawings, integrating all necessary components, connections, and control systems
• Generate single-line diagrams with EcoStruxure Power Design software
• Collaborate with medium voltage and building management system (BMS) designers when coordination is required
• Produce, review, and approve Material Approval Forms to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Address technical inquiries and resolve design-related issues throughout conception, development, and installation phases
• Work closely with architectural, structural, and mechanical design teams to ensure integrated solutions
• Compile technical documentation including reports, equipment schedules, and specifications
• Develop detailed schematics, layouts, and construction drawings in accordance with design criteria
