Requirements
- Experience in estimating or exposure to electrical, utility, or construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, bid reviews, or preconstruction support
Nice to Have
- Experience estimating across multiple electrical scopes (T&D, substations, industrial, renewables, or civil/foundations)
- Familiarity with unit pricing, assemblies, and construction cost databases
- Experience with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, HCSS, or similar tools)
- Exposure to utility clients, EPC contractors, or infrastructure projects
