Be the go-to person for all things Environment, Health & Safety on site—supporting management, supervisors, workers and (when needed) subcontractors and visitors.
Lead by example—the one people trust and listen to.
Keep the Kirby management system alive and relevant on site, not buried in a binder.
Audit, inspect and challenge—then help fix what isn’t working.
Ensure training needs are identified, delivered and recorded properly.
Keep EHS plans, RAMS and all statutory documentation up to date and compliant.
Investigate incidents thoroughly and help prevent them from ever happening again.
Verify subcontractor documentation and prepare project-specific EHS plans alongside site management.
Support HR and the RSPP with appointments, health surveillance, PPE management and mandatory training.
Attend coordination meetings, issue non-conformances when needed, and make sure everyone on site understands both their obligations and the standards expected.
Help keep compliance admin sharp, structured and always audit-ready.

A recognised ASPP qualification (Prevention and Protection Service Officer).
Italian fluency and strong English—enough to keep up in a multinational project environment.
A steady hand, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to speak up when something’s off.

Ideally a Level 3 (or equivalent) occupational health & safety qualification—but if you’ve got the experience, we’re open.

Safety is genuinely valued—not just referenced in PowerPoint. You’ll work with a team that backs you, listens to you, and expects you to bring your ideas forward. You won’t be fighting for relevance here. You’ll be central to how the project succeeds.
