Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial trucks in various conditions.
- Perform routine equipment inspections in accordance with company procedures and report any malfunctions or concerns to supervision.
- Drive vehicles in a way that ensures product quality and prevents damage.
- Exchange clear and timely information verbally and in writing with team members, maintenance, farm operators, and supervisors about site conditions and operational needs.
- Keep vehicles and workspaces clean, organized, and maintained.
- Deliver and position loads as instructed.
- Follow scheduled cleaning routines using approved methods and required personal protective equipment.
- Support a respectful and collaborative workplace through open communication and teamwork.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
