Responsibilities

  • Develop lesson plans
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual instruction
  • Conduct assessments
  • Provide coaching and feedback
  • Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements

Requirements

  • Relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal)
  • Experience aligned with GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II
  • Ability to deliver Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense, and Military - Aerospace, Defense, and Military (ADM) Industry Sector Group

Work Arrangement

Hybrid — Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery), Southeastern United States, U.S. East Coast Region

Additional Information

  • Contract Contingent, generally located across the Southeast
  • Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual
  • Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis
  • Position may be converted to Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position
  • Supporting United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)'
