Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans
- Facilitate classroom and virtual instruction
- Conduct assessments
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements
Requirements
- Relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal)
- Experience aligned with GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II
- Ability to deliver Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense, and Military - Aerospace, Defense, and Military (ADM) Industry Sector Group
