About the Role
This position involves engaging with students and parents to assess academic needs and guide them toward suitable tutoring and learning services through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments with students and parents to understand academic goals
- Present tailored educational solutions based on individual learning requirements
- Manage a pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and communication
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Collaborate with instructional teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients
- Educate families on the benefits and structure of available programs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum offerings and teaching methods
- Identify opportunities for academic improvement during client conversations
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse family backgrounds
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and teaching insights
- Resolve client concerns with a focus on long-term satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions
- Share feedback from clients to inform service improvements
- Stay current with education trends and learning challenges
- Conduct virtual consultations using video conferencing tools
- Support marketing initiatives by providing field insights
- Follow ethical sales practices aligned with educational values
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
- Coordinate scheduling between tutors and families
- Promote program retention through ongoing engagement
- Assist in onboarding new team members when needed
- Contribute to team meetings with performance insights
