Xero is seeking an Education Platform & Projects Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term position within our Brand, Marketing & Communications - Customer - Content division. In this specialist role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our education platform and executing related projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the performance of the education platform.
- Lead and execute key education-related projects from conception to completion.
- Analyze platform data and user feedback to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align platform strategy with broader goals.
- Ensure content and resources on the platform are current, effective, and accessible.

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital learning or education platforms.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
- Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
