Responsibilities
- Deliver services as outlined in the service level agreement for designated applications.
- Support EDI operations during regular and after-hours shifts.
- Respond to critical incidents with timely troubleshooting and resolution.
- Take part in disaster recovery planning and execute related testing activities.
- Keep the knowledge repository updated and ensure its accuracy.
Responsibilities (5)
- Team members will be responsible for providing the services defined in the SLA for In-Scope applications.
- Support all EDI processes for both on and off shift.
- Provide emergency support/fixes and fix issues if any.
- Participation in planning for the testing, and conducting testing of disaster recovery exercises in accordance with overall disaster recovery planning and guidelines.
- Monitor and Maintain knowledge repository.
