Job Descritpion: 1. RPG Programming 5-7 years relevant experience in the following skillset: · Interactive & batch, CL (command language) DDS (Display screen and Physical files) · Able to code a RPG program that is interactive with a screen, called from a menu option, this is interactive. · Basic understanding of procedures and binding. · Good understanding of procedures and binding in RPG programs. · Good understanding of data queues, triggers, need to know how they function and use them. 2. EDI Data Mapping 2-3 years relevant experience in the following skillset: · Must understand the use of the documents, what they do and when they are used. This is usually the 850 PO (inbound) , 810 invoice (outbound) , 856 Ship notice (outbound), 846 inventory report (outbound) · How to use the TrustedLink data mapper. 4. Able to communicate with customer to complete testing of account setup. Roles & Responsibilities · Team members will be responsible for providing the services defined in the SLA for In-Scope applications . · Support all EDI processes for both on and off shift. · Provide emergency support/fixes and fix issues if any. · Participation in planning for the testing, and conducting testing of disaster recovery exercises in accordance with overall disaster recovery planning and guidelines. · Monitor and Maintain knowledge repository.
