Twoconnect is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist (Marketplace Moderator) to oversee daily operations across multiple online marketplaces and manage our Shopify store. In this work-from-home role, you will process orders, coordinate logistics, and support marketing campaigns to drive online sales for leading clients.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across all channels.
- Monitor and maintain marketplace compliance, resolving listing or policy issues promptly.
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store for seamless functionality and user experience.
- Upload and update products, collections, and promotional banners on Shopify.
- Collaborate with developers or designers to implement enhancements.
- Process and track customer orders across all marketplaces and Shopify.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and third-party suppliers for accurate, on-time delivery.
- Resolve order-related issues and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving online sales.
- Assist in creating engaging content for product listings, emails, and advertisements.
- Monitor customer feedback and buying behavior to enhance user experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving the buying journey.
- Track and report on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve marketplace performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing ecommerce operations across Shopify and major marketplaces.
- Solid understanding of order management, online merchandising, and ecommerce best practices.
- Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and improving customer journeys.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ecommerce tools, the Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting dashboards.
