Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ecommerce customer journey
- Administer and enhance the Shopify platform or comparable ecommerce system
- Deliver a consistent, high-converting user experience on desktop and mobile
- Design and manage website navigation and usability enhancements
- Maintain and optimize product pages and campaign landing pages
- Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Study user behavior to detect friction points in the customer funnel
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes
- Focus on improving conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor
- Develop and execute product and merchandising strategies
- Oversee the launch of new products and product collections
- Implement promotional campaigns on the ecommerce site
- Enhance product presentation through positioning, visuals, and copy
- Coordinate merchandising efforts with marketing campaign schedules
- Monitor key ecommerce performance indicators
- Track metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, revenue, and bounce rate
- Use data insights to guide prioritization of site improvements
- Partner with marketing teams to assess traffic quality and conversion funnel performance
