Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and meetings for the CEO and MD
- Organise logistics for meetings and agency events
- Handle expenses
- Ensure everything is in place for meetings and events
- Manage general office administration
- Oversee facilities and health and safety
- Support onboarding for new starters
- Book travel
- Assist with ad hoc tasks across teams including People, Finance, IT, and New Business
- Keep the office running smoothly
