MAILODY GmbH is hiring a Junior Marketing Manager to specialize in Email Marketing and CRM, joining a team that grew from 2 to 20 people in the last two years. You will take full responsibility for client projects, driving customer growth and profitability for a variety of e-commerce businesses.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with online shops in sectors like cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness products, and fashion.
- Serve as the central interface between clients and the internal team, building strong relationships through regular check-in calls.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement client projects from start to finish.
- Lead strategy development while having an operational team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation.
- Implement best practices and send volumes that advance the company and keep clients up-to-date.
- Develop and test innovative ideas with the support of technical resources.
- Directly influence the growth rate and profitability of your clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM.
- Willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Analytical mindset and creativity to interpret data and develop marketing strategies.
- Fluent German and solid English skills in speech and writing.
Nice to Have
- Prior knowledge of Klaviyo.
