Responsibilities
- Upload and update products, and perform routine maintenance of the online store.
- Verify product listings for accuracy and implement optimization strategies.
- Administer customer subscriptions, resolve recurring payment problems, and manage changes such as swaps or cancellations using Skio.
- Track incoming orders and support smooth progression through the fulfillment process.
- Respond professionally to customer questions about orders, shipping, and subscription adjustments.
- Keep inventory records current and notify the team when critical stock levels are low.
