Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone for routine questions about products and procedures.
- Organize shipping logistics by obtaining quotes from carriers like FedEx, coordinating with crating services, and liaising between shippers and customers.
- Oversee the full inventory cycle, including receiving shipments, tracking items, listing on Shopify, and managing delivery.
- Schedule in-depth sales calls for qualified leads showing strong interest.
- Communicate with auction houses to coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Process and fulfill customer orders using the Shopify platform.
