Responsibilities
- Design and deploy processes for managing customer and user data within e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with sales units and central functions to develop process concepts.
- Convert business needs into technical process specifications.
- Execute process integration with SAP ERP, authentication systems, and customer master data platforms.
- Develop test scenarios and validate implemented IT solutions.
- Assist in developing and updating application documentation.
