Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Customer Advisor for Abbott Diabetes Care to provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers. You will deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction for Abbott's diabetes care portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service and support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding Abbott Diabetes Care products, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive service records.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
- Stay informed about Abbott’s product features, updates, and promotional offers to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage changing customer needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or a related support role.
- Interest in healthcare and familiarity with diabetes care products.
