Responsibilities
- Own driver-level performance metrics including utilization, online hours, trip quality, acceptance rates, cancellations, reliability, and safety indicators
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting to surface trends and identify underperformance
- Analyze driver behavior and performance patterns to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Clearly translate data insights into actionable recommendations for Ops Coordinators
- Partner closely with Ops Coordinators to ensure performance insights are effectively communicated to drivers
- Equip Coordinators with clear talking points, priorities, and follow-ups rooted in data
- Support and reinforce performance conversations through coaching frameworks and escalation paths
- Track execution quality and follow-through to ensure data-driven initiatives actually move metrics
- Stay closely connected to day-to-day fleet operations to understand real-world constraints behind the data
- Step in to support operational issues as needed, including driver or vehicle-related problems
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
- Monitor the impact of performance initiatives and iterate quickly based on results
- Surface insights from Ops Coordinators and drivers to refine analytics, targets, and processes
- Act as a feedback loop between field execution and performance reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, logistics, or a similar execution-heavy role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and drive action
- Experience working with performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable guidance for frontline teams
- Strong ownership mentality and bias toward action
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support operations as needed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across analytical and operational teams
- Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with rideshare platforms (Uber, Lyft) or fleet operations is a strong plus
