About the Role
This position involves operating and maintaining drilling rigs across various drilling methods including air, mud, water well, and geothermal. The driller ensures operations proceed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage drilling equipment for multiple drilling techniques
- Monitor drilling progress and adjust parameters as needed
- Ensure proper maintenance of rig components and tools
- Follow safety protocols during all drilling phases
- Supervise support crew during drilling operations
- Interpret geological data to guide drilling decisions
- Maintain accurate drilling logs and reports
