Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment to clear blockages in drains and sewer lines
- Use electric drain snakes, high-pressure water jets, and inspection cameras to diagnose and resolve drainage issues
- Address frozen pipes and perform steam thawing procedures during cold weather
- Repair subterranean sewer lines using excavation techniques as needed
- Maintain consistent communication with the Plumbing Coordinator regarding daily movements and job status
- Accurately select billing items, complete required documentation, finalize invoice summaries, and conduct post-service debriefs
- Suggest service plans, repairs, system upgrades, or replacements when beneficial to the customer
- Collect payment for completed services at the time of visit
- Enter or update customer equipment details in the CRM system
- Distribute and use approved marketing materials such as stickers, tags, and handouts
- Ensure vehicle inventory is restocked and waste bins are emptied
- Verify and confirm timesheet entries using the tablet system
- Keep the service vehicle clean both inside and outside
- Participate in scheduled team meetings
- Attend training sessions provided by the company
- Stay informed about current sales promotions and service offerings
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality
- Conduct regular inventory checks of tools and supplies in the truck
