Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Lead, support, and manage the care team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and drive continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
- Strong CQC, compliance, safeguarding, and team management experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
