Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a scalable, resilient, and business-aligned architecture for the domain.
- Work with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency and effective implementation.
- Define, enforce, and validate architectural standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Shape the domain’s technical roadmap and align it with long-term IT strategy and emerging technologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to security, compliance, and technology obsolescence.
- Evolve architecture based on business needs, technology trends, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide leadership with regular architecture updates.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of technologies and tools related to cloud platforms (GCP), Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot framework, MySQL and Kafka.
- Ability to align domain-specific solutions with broader business and IT strategies.
- Strong ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle domain-specific challenges.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, driving collaboration across multiple departments and influencing architectural decisions.
