Responsibilities
- Use designated logs or tracking systems to record all document production tasks
- Carefully review work requests and ensure accurate execution throughout each stage
- Carry out document preparation, proofreading, intake processing, and workflow coordination as required
- Follow defined protocols and formats to edit, format, convert, or transcribe documents to meet client expectations
- Show competence in operating relevant software, hardware, and production tools
- Communicate promptly with team members, supervisors, or clients regarding project updates or timeline issues
- Deliver completed work within agreed-upon deadlines
- Identify and resolve common technical issues with software or equipment
- Support a culture of ongoing improvement and strong client relationships
- Conduct quality checks on documents when requested
- Comply with company-specific and client-specific policies and guidelines
- Use office equipment and materials responsibly to minimize waste
