Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support, preferably within the oil & gas industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Training or familiarity with document control systems and project management platforms
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control and compliance
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
