Protective is looking for a Divisional Vice President - Independent & Bank Channels to lead sales and distribution efforts in the Northeast Division. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach and growing our Protection & Retirement product portfolio through remote leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead and drive sales strategy for the Independent & Bank Channels in the Northeast Division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve sales growth targets for Protection & Retirement products.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Coach and mentor sales professionals within the channel to enhance productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong track record of driving growth through independent and/or bank distribution channels.
- Deep knowledge of Protection & Retirement products and market dynamics.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and influence key partners.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
