Distro is looking for an IT Infrastructure SysOps Coordinator to manage and coordinate our core IT systems. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our global infrastructure, working remotely from Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the daily operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems
- Monitor system performance and reliability across global services
- Implement and follow operational procedures and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure needs and changes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure coordination or system operations
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and cloud services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for a global, remote team
- Professional proficiency in English
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. You will be part of a globally distributed team.
