About the Role
The role leads and supports aftersales functions including service, parts, and customer experience across a network of dealerships within an assigned district. The manager drives performance through coaching, data analysis, and execution of corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide dealership teams in improving aftersales performance
- Monitor service department efficiency and customer retention metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of national service and parts programs
- Conduct regular dealership visits to evaluate operations
- Coach dealership personnel on best practices in customer experience
- Track warranty claim accuracy and compliance
- Assist in developing parts inventory strategies
- Promote adherence to factory standards and policies
- Coordinate training sessions for service and parts staff
- Evaluate customer satisfaction survey results and recommend actions
- Work with dealers to improve fixed operations profitability
- Report on regional performance trends to headquarters
- Ensure compliance with brand service protocols
- Support new model launch readiness in service departments
- Identify underperforming locations and develop action plans
- Facilitate communication between dealers and corporate
- Monitor technician utilization and capacity planning
- Track parts department gross profit and turnover rates
- Encourage adoption of factory-recommended maintenance campaigns
- Assist in resolving complex operational issues at dealerships
- Promote effective use of service scheduling tools
- Support recall and service campaign execution
