Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Figma’s distribution partner network
- Manage relationships with key distribution partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on partner programs, enablement, and support
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales and marketing initiatives
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand Figma’s reach in key markets
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partner performance and market trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of building and managing successful distribution partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English required
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or software sales is a plus
- Additional languages a plus
- Passion for design, collaboration, and technology
