Figma is hiring a Distribution Partner Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Figma’s distribution partner network
  • Manage relationships with key distribution partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on partner programs, enablement, and support
  • Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales and marketing initiatives
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand Figma’s reach in key markets
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on partner performance and market trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful distribution partnerships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or software sales is a plus
  • Additional languages a plus
  • Passion for design, collaboration, and technology
