About the Role
This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for data architecture across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of enterprise-wide data architecture frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient data systems
- Drive adoption of modern data technologies and architectural patterns
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices in data modeling and integration
- Evaluate and integrate new data tools and platforms to improve system performance
- Establish data governance standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Define strategies for data storage, processing, and access across cloud and on-prem environments
- Champion data interoperability and semantic consistency across platforms
- Lead technical decision-making for large-scale data initiatives
- Work closely with product and platform teams to align data architecture with business needs
- Design and implement data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
- Promote reusability and standardization of data services and APIs
- Ensure data solutions meet reliability, scalability, and security requirements
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term architectural planning
- Foster innovation through proof-of-concept projects and technology evaluations
