Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily assignments for field service technicians.
- Communicate directly with clients requiring service support.
- Respond to incoming phone calls from customers.
- Initiate outbound calls to arrange service appointments and pursue future business opportunities.
- Examine service documentation to verify accurate billing and compliance with field protocols.
- Organize and categorize service reports for input into accounting systems.
- Keep the customer information database current and accurate.
- Deliver top-tier customer service consistently.
