Responsibilities
- Responds to customer pickup inquiries via phone and coordinates scheduling using Via software for driver assignments
- Skilled in managing same-day dispatch tasks and guiding operators on optimal routes to enhance operational efficiency
- Records performance data and keeps documentation accurate and up to date
- Supports customers by explaining and clarifying pickup policies
- Maintains communication between service providers, drivers, and clients to ensure high productivity and satisfaction
- Completes additional tasks as needed or assigned by supervisors
