Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely.
- Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized.
- Remove trash and recycling as needed.
- Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with basic cleaning throughout the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to Have
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
