About the Role
This role leads the design and implementation of marketing strategies across defined geographic regions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while addressing local market needs through targeted campaigns and performance-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies tailored to specific territories
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to identify market opportunities and customer needs
- Oversee the creation of localized marketing campaigns that support national brand standards
- Analyze market data to assess campaign performance and inform future planning
- Manage a team of regional marketing managers and specialists
- Ensure consistent messaging across all regional channels and touchpoints
- Coordinate with product and underwriting teams to align marketing efforts with offerings
- Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for assigned territories
- Monitor competitive activity in key markets and recommend strategic responses
- Drive adoption of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms across regions
- Serve as primary marketing liaison for regional leadership teams
- Train and mentor regional marketing staff on best practices and compliance
- Evaluate effectiveness of advertising, promotions, and outreach initiatives
- Maintain alignment between corporate marketing objectives and local execution
- Lead cross-regional initiatives to scale successful programs
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all marketing materials
- Foster relationships with external agencies and vendors supporting regional efforts
- Report on marketing KPIs to senior leadership on a regular basis
- Support crisis communication efforts as needed within assigned regions
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
