About the Role

This role involves managing a team of solutions engineers who collaborate with sales and product teams to design and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer requirements. The position requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of solutions engineers across the United States
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer challenges and objectives
  • Design and present technical solutions that align with customer needs
  • Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process
  • Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and secure
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and requirements
  • Develop best practices and standard methodologies for solutions engineering
  • Drive consistency in solution delivery across customer engagements
  • Manage technical proof-of-concept deployments and demonstrations
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance team effectiveness
  • Support strategic deals with high-level technical expertise
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the product and competitive landscape
  • Improve customer onboarding and integration processes
  • Track and report on team performance metrics
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
  • Coordinate with support and engineering teams for escalation resolution
  • Participate in customer meetings and technical workshops
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
  • Optimize pre-sales processes to reduce sales cycle time
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on market insights
  • Manage resource allocation across concurrent customer opportunities
  • Develop training materials for internal and external stakeholders
