Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a regional team of solution consultants focused on presales, aligned with APAC business goals.
- Partner with sales leadership on planning, forecasting, quarterly business reviews, presales coverage, regional enablement, and achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate with global leaders to advance presales and customer success strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing talent to strengthen the solution consulting function.
- Coach and guide team members in best practices for sales engagement and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer onboarding, win rates, and regional performance.
- Model effective leadership by overseeing technical presales activities such as discovery, scoping, and validation, while supporting post-sales implementation and value realization.
- Coordinate with customer-facing departments including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance product direction and customer outcomes.
- Communicate complex business, technical, and architectural concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from developers to senior IT leaders.
