Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan for security operations, aligning with evolving threats and business growth.
- Manage end-to-end incident response processes, including detection, analysis, containment, recovery, and post-event evaluation.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain skilled security professionals, fostering performance excellence and career progression.
- Work closely with executive leadership, legal, and public affairs teams during critical incidents to ensure coordinated response and compliance with disclosure requirements.
- Design and maintain key performance indicators, service level agreements, and reporting structures to track program effectiveness and risk levels.
- Promote the adoption of artificial intelligence, automated workflows, and code-driven detection methods to enhance response speed and reduce manual effort.
- Cultivate partnerships with external organizations such as intelligence providers, law enforcement agencies, and information-sharing communities to improve threat visibility.
- Coordinate with internal technology, cloud security, and engineering teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring and unified incident response across systems.
