Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in media platforms, ecosystem dynamics, and industry-standard planning methodologies.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable media plans tailored to individual client objectives and proposals.
- Demonstrate mastery of Purchase Journey frameworks and planning principles across all client initiatives, applying internal and external research tools to understand consumer behavior and business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the media landscape, emerging trends, and begin cultivating relationships with key media partners.
- Supervise end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
- Gain strong insight into commercial operations and the broader agency structure.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and internal teams at mid-to-senior levels to align planning with business goals.
- Lead planning presentations by defining requirements, coordinating cross-functional input, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Facilitate creative ideation sessions to generate innovative campaign concepts.
- Begin independently identifying challenges, analyzing data and insights, and applying experience to develop effective solutions.
