About the Role

Oversee the development and execution of partner-facing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities while managing a team of specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategy and implementation of solutions for external partners
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align partner needs with internal capabilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex integration projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner onboarding and support processes
  • Lead a team of solution managers and technical leads

  • Develop frameworks to assess partner performance and scalability
  • Drive alignment between partner goals and company objectives
  • Oversee documentation and knowledge sharing across partner-facing teams
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards
  • Facilitate escalation resolution for high-priority partner issues
  • Optimize workflows to reduce time-to-value for new integrations
  • Advocate for partner feedback in product development cycles
  • Monitor industry trends to inform strategic direction
  • Maintain strong relationships with key technical and business contacts
