Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the long-term user experience vision and strategy for digital platforms, including web and mobile.
- Manage the complete user journey across all platforms—desktop, mobile web, and app—for a global audience.

- Develop and manage a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead the selection and implementation of design tools and workflows to enhance productivity and teamwork.

- Keep current with advancements in design trends, technologies, and industry standards to strengthen design capabilities.
- Advocate for accessible and inclusive design to ensure global customer usability.
