Responsibilities

- Lead major initiatives from inception to implementation, serving as the primary owner and refining processes to increase long-term success.
- Coordinate efforts across departments including Product, Programs, Research, and Finance to unlock significant growth and impact.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear internal guidance and compelling external narratives.
- Support or lead interactions with major philanthropic organizations and strategic collaborators on critical initiatives.
- Build relationships with potential funders and influential stakeholders, guiding them from first contact to active collaboration.
- Develop customized outreach plans, presentation materials, and engagement strategies tailored to specific partners and contexts.
- Work closely with executive leadership to prepare for key discussions, negotiations, and strategic decisions.
