Responsibilities

- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Oversee contract negotiations and deal structuring
- Ensure alignment with legal and compliance standards
- Mentor and develop direct reports
- Optimize sales processes and tools
- Represent the platform at industry events
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
- Guide pricing and packaging strategies based on market feedback
- Support expansion into new geographic markets
- Evaluate partnership opportunities to extend platform reach
- Promote a data-driven sales culture
- Ensure customer success through post-sale engagement
- Coordinate with customer support and technical teams
- Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
- Implement scalable onboarding for new clients
