About the Role

Lead and scale a sales team dedicated to a platform serving creators, expanding market reach and driving adoption through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for a creator-centric platform
  • Manage a team of sales professionals across multiple regions
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market initiatives
  • Set performance targets and monitor team progress
  • Develop sales forecasts and provide regular business updates
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Oversee contract negotiations and deal structuring
  • Ensure alignment with legal and compliance standards
  • Mentor and develop direct reports
  • Optimize sales processes and tools
  • Represent the platform at industry events
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
  • Guide pricing and packaging strategies based on market feedback
  • Support expansion into new geographic markets
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities to extend platform reach
  • Promote a data-driven sales culture
  • Ensure customer success through post-sale engagement
  • Coordinate with customer support and technical teams
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
