Curri is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own and scale the systems and processes that drive our revenue engine. You will be a strategic leader ensuring our GTM teams have the data, tools, and alignment needed to execute efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution for revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable revenue processes and forecasting models
- Own and administer the CRM (Salesforce) and related sales tech stack
- Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for growth
- Partner with Finance and Leadership to ensure accurate reporting and planning
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar strategic role
- Proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations in a high-growth environment
- Deep expertise with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce administration and configuration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in a logistics, supply chain, or marketplace company
- Knowledge of additional GTM tools for marketing automation, CPQ, or customer success
- Background in a consulting or finance role focused on operational strategy
