Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision for storage security products by analyzing evolving threats, market dynamics, and internal capabilities.
- Partner with engineering to specify product needs, create development roadmaps, and set measurable success criteria aligned with business outcomes.
- Integrate customer-driven functional and performance requirements into actionable product plans.
- Enhance sales support processes with technical expertise to improve client interactions and drive deal progression.
- Lead end-to-end market launch strategies, including sales tools, digital content, and proposal development.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, partners, and alliance teams to increase product reach and adoption.
- Support sales engagements through live demonstrations and resolution of high-priority customer issues.
- Adapt schedule flexibility to support a worldwide customer base across multiple time zones.
- Travel internationally on occasion to meet with teams and clients.
