Trackforce is hiring a Director of Product Management Enterprise

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise product strategy including GRC modules, MCP service layer, alarm triage systems, and corporate security infrastructure
  • Shape the enterprise market narrative positioning the platform as the embedded intelligence layer within F2000 security operations centers
  • Lead Customer Advisory Board interactions to convert enterprise client requirements into validated product initiatives
  • Lead the 'Explore' track in the Defend/Expand/Explore strategic model, allocating 20% of roadmap capacity
  • Manage and grow a team of 2-3 product managers covering Command Center, Enterprise/GRC, and Platform & APIs
  • Assess product team performance against defined deliverables and success metrics during evaluation periods
  • Recruit and integrate new product managers as the enterprise portfolio scales
  • Implement dual-track agile methodologies across the enterprise product organization
  • Deliver enterprise MVPs within fixed 6-week cycles, maintaining deadlines with flexible scope adjustments
  • Advance the MCP integration platform enabling customer connections to third-party AI, SIEM, and SOAR tools
  • Collaborate with engineering on development of the Cross-Platform Data Lake and unified API framework
  • Maintain accountability for enterprise P&L by linking roadmap investments to revenue and expansion metrics
  • Engage directly with F500 security directors and CISOs to influence and accelerate enterprise sales cycles
  • Work with Sales to pursue $8M in identified cross-sell opportunities across enterprise accounts
  • Partner with the VP of Product on quarterly reviews to adjust Defend/Explore investment balance based on net revenue retention
  • Report enterprise roadmap progress, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership
