Kong is hiring a Director of Product Growth for Konnect. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product-led growth strategy for the Konnect platform, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and expansion.

What You'll Do

Define and own the product-led growth (PLG) strategy and roadmap for Konnect.
Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving activation, conversion, and expansion.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute growth experiments.
Establish key metrics and reporting frameworks to measure growth performance and business impact.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record of driving product-led growth for a SaaS or developer platform.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and measure success.
Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives without direct authority.
Deep understanding of user onboarding, activation, and retention mechanics.
