Kong is hiring a Director of Product Growth for Konnect. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product-led growth strategy for the Konnect platform, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and expansion.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product-led growth (PLG) strategy and roadmap for Konnect.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute growth experiments.
- Establish key metrics and reporting frameworks to measure growth performance and business impact.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of driving product-led growth for a SaaS or developer platform.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and measure success.
- Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of user onboarding, activation, and retention mechanics.
