Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the long-term vision for cloud, infrastructure, and platform engineering
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and site reliability
- Advance cloud adoption using Azure, containerization, automation, and contemporary software practices
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration and delivery, and internal developer platforms
- Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Lead initiatives in system reliability, monitoring, incident management, and operational discipline
- Transition outdated systems to modern, cloud-native designs across business units
- Integrate security, regulatory compliance, and risk controls into platform workflows
- Enhance capabilities for disaster recovery, business continuity, and system resilience
- Improve cost efficiency through financial operations, vendor oversight, and resource forecasting
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to boost development speed and experience
- Inform executive decision-making with data-driven insights and strategic technology guidance
Compensation
