Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the global sales compensation strategy and long-term roadmap
- Convert organizational objectives into targeted incentive mechanisms that support go-to-market results
- Design, model, and roll out straightforward, scalable compensation plans, SPIFFs, and recognition initiatives aligned with industry standards
- Create innovative incentive models to enhance sales team effectiveness
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior go-to-market and executive leaders
- Build and manage scalable processes, systems, and governance linking Salesforce.com and the Performio commission platform
- Collaborate closely with Finance each month and quarter to ensure precise and timely commission calculations
- Perform market and competitive research to ensure compensation programs remain effective and current
- Lead high-priority compensation initiatives and process optimization efforts
- Maintain and refine quarterly quota agreements, compensation plans, policies, and operational guidelines
- Oversee documentation, approvals, and execution of compensation plan agreements
- Develop and manage training content related to sales compensation
- Deliver efficient onboarding and continuous training for revenue teams on compensation structures
- Manage escalated compensation issues that extend beyond Finance or shared services
- Chair the sales compensation committee to resolve disputes on commission splits and related matters

- Implement standardized quota agreements & enforcement processes
- Deliver a scalable global comp framework across all roles/functions
- Establish governance & systems between Salesforce & Performio
- Define KPI frameworks to measure comp effectiveness
- Build and lead a compensation strategy team
