WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
A field sales organization that runs on a consistent, disciplined playbook rather than individual habits or branch level improvisation. National carrier commitments that carry through consistently at the local level, with Regional Sales Managers coached to independently drive their teams. Predictable quota attainment across every territory, disciplined pipeline and margin management, and a repeatable ramp process for new hires.
WHO YOU ARE
A field sales leader who has carried a bag and led a team, and knows the difference between managing activity and managing outcomes. A coach first, who builds structure and develops Regional Sales Managers into leaders, not just top performers. Comfortable running a weekly operating cadence of pipeline reviews, ridealongs, and structured coaching conversations.
Other
Willingness to travel regularly across territories.
