Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Ongoing Monitoring, covering fraud prevention, financial risk, AML compliance, and AI-powered automation
- Design and implement autonomous, multi-agent systems capable of investigating alerts, accessing external data, executing complex reasoning, and assessing risk independently
- Build robust detection mechanisms to identify and stop adversarial behaviors including bot networks, deepfake-based identity fraud, and self-reinforcing algorithmic fraud schemes
- Ensure all artificial intelligence applications are transparent, traceable, and compliant with international anti-money laundering regulations and data protection laws
- Manage and scale multiple engineering teams while cultivating a culture of inclusion, accountability, and high performance
- Collaborate with Product, Data, AI, Risk, and Operations teams to enhance machine learning models and agentic AI systems
- Promote the use of automation and data-centric approaches to minimize operational costs and streamline processes
