Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance, culture, and productivity of the engineering organization
- Lead the technical direction of the Orchestration domain in collaboration with Product, balancing innovation with technical debt reduction and operational demands
- Collaborate with senior technical leadership to define the future architecture and scope of Orchestration as the company grows
- Set and maintain high operational standards for system security, reliability, and response times as an ongoing priority
- Mentor and grow engineering leadership talent, including (Senior) Engineering Managers and (Senior) Staff Engineers, while identifying future leaders
